Se strutturo un allenamento su Zwift (es. 6×1000 a 15km/h con recupero 2 minuti a 5km/h) il tapis roulant cambia automaticamente velocità?

Si è compatibile anche con altri fassi! Si cambia inclinazione e velocità in automatico, devi solo aprire lo stesso file zwo si zwift su qz. Ti posso inviare gli allenamenti via email o li puoi prendere direttamente da zwift
