      1. Can you Show me how it connects. I have your QZ App my iPhone and tacx is Running on my iPad. However it does Not recognize my Zwift Ride. Do i Need to change any settings?

         1. Did you see the tiles on qz? Did you select the tacx on the wizard if you saw it? Are you on android or ios?

2. I do not find tacx in the wizard. I only my Zwift Ride (meaning Zwift SF2 and KICKR CORE).
   At the beginning I saw tiles (heart rate was working), now they are gone.
   I am using iOS

   1. Ok so you have to select kickr core in the wizard. You can do again now from the manual device setting in the advanced settings. Then also enable the zwift play under the accessories settings, zwift and restart qz qz

3. I did so. I connected KICKR CORE in the wizard and enabled Zwift play (NOT Zwift Click).
   The tiles say it is connected to KICKR CORE but inside tacx app it does not recognize my Zwift ride (see pcs below).
   Do I need to start Zwift app as well?

   1. No that’s perfect in this way but you should see as trainer too. So the problem is that you can see Qz only as hr? Do you see the metrics correctly on qz from the kickr?

   1. I tried the tacx app 2 weeks ago and if worked fine
      Could you please try zwift instead just to check that you can see Qz correctly there?

6. If I shut down QZ on my phone Zwift is working on my tablet. If QZ is running Zwift does not recognize

   1. I just tried and indeed I see your same behaviour: only saw as heart rate device. I’m 100% sure it was working 2 weeks ago, are you able to write to them put me in CC asking about this issue? Qz is sending standard ftms values, so they should see it as zwift, rouvy and mywhoosh do.

      I will keep experimenting with this.

8. I have just written an email to garmin (I set you in cc). Thanks for your support. I hope it´s gonna work out. Please let me know if you did successful trouble shooting.

9. Hi there! I have just phoned Garmin (tacx) and they say they cannot provide any assistance since QZ is not their product. Eventually tacx was updated and they try to prevent third party apps to connect with their app. Can you help out, Roberto? Thanks!

   1. I will check with an esp32 faking qz as a tacx to check if it will connect. I will let you know

10. I am trying rouvy Right now. It recognizes my iPhone and i can do Tours. However shifting gears on my zwift Ride is not working…I am getting confused
