QZ now has model-specific support for the Horizon 5.0R recumbent bike through the exact Bluetooth name JFBK5.0R. Merged public PR #4759 adds a dedicated ERG calibration table while reusing QZ’s existing FTMS indoor-bike path.
This is code-level merged-master evidence, not a claim that every store build already contains the change. Use a QZ build that includes PR #4759 / commit 6543e925 when testing this behavior.

Setup notes
- Install a QZ build containing the merged Horizon 5.0R support.
- Turn on the bike and allow the Bluetooth name
JFBK5.0Rto be discovered. - Use QZ’s FTMS bike workflow and pair QZ’s virtual device with your training app as needed.
- Check resistance behavior with your own bike and firmware; the calibration table is intended to improve ERG mapping, not guarantee identical results on every unit.
QZ integrations
Depending on device, platform and settings, QZ can bridge equipment to Zwift, MyWhoosh, ROUVY and Peloton-style workflows, and can support Apple Health / HealthKit, Garmin Connect, Strava and Google Health / Health Connect. FTMS devices commonly provide metrics such as power and cadence through the standard Indoor Bike Data characteristic, while control availability depends on the equipment.
